A mind/body/spirit approach blending personalized wellness coaching with massage therapy. This wellness program includes 6-12 bi-weekly sessions:

• A 50min. 1:1 wellness check-in per month (either in-person or virtually by phone or Zoom) based on your goals.

• A monthly 60min. therapeutic/relaxation massage or Reiki session per month for care and attention to all those extra aches and pains you are experiencing. Click here for details on massage.
